Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. All sea moss gel and smoothies are made fresh to order and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to dispute any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or with your bank/credit card company.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a link you can use to track status and delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from plantbayremedi.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DOMESTIC

Once your order has been processed, we ship your order using USPS 2-3 day Priority Shipping. Please anticipate slight delays in delivery times due to COVID-19

INTERNATIONAL

Not Available at this time. We look forward to expanding our reach in the future.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Trotwood, Ohio. There is a delivery charge of $5 for local delivery. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Email plantbayremedi@gmail.com with any questions

Local Pick Up 

Free local pick up in Trotwood, Ohio. Orders are processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. An email confirmation will be sent when your items are ready for pick up. Pick up hours are 8 am - 8 pm Tuesday - Sunday.
