Order Processing

Your ReMedi's are hand crafted and made with intention. Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. 

Sea Moss Gel Processing: All Sea Moss products are made fresh to order on Sundays and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. All orders placed on Saturday by Midnight will be fulfilled on Sundays. 

Shipping: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a link you can use to track status and delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once your order is turned over to the logistic company (UPS, USPS) they are now responsible for delivery. 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to dispute any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or with your bank/credit card company.


After processing time, orders will ship USPS 2-3 day priority shipping. Please anticipate slight delays in delivery times due to supply chain and courier service delays

Free local pick up in Dallas, TX area, Dayton, OH area. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. An email or text confirmation will be sent when your items are ready for pick up.
