As a policy, we only accept returns of damaged products. If your items are damaged during transit or you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.

Please send us an email within 48 hours of receipt of your order to Include the following: 

1.Order Number 

2. Photo of Damaged Items 

3. A description of the issue

We will review your claim and follow up with a solution. If your claim is accepted, refunds are processed in the form of store credit or a replacement of productsShipping is not refunded. Should a refund be issued, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days minus the shipping fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, sea moss, herbs or plants), custom products (such as personalized herbal blends), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be offered a replacement item or issued a store credit, not to include shipping cost.
